Bilene Beach Spa reserves the right to alter treatment times on the day, only if necessary.
All spa treatment times are subject to availability.
Spa day treatment times will be allocated between 09:00 am and 18:00 pm.
Spa packages needs to be communicated and booked via whatsapp or email.
Please note that treatment times include unprofessional/self-photo-shoot, set-up and the chosen treatment.
The Spa facilities are strictly non-smoking.
We request that mobile phones are kept silent or switched off during treatment.
Clients will be required to remove jewellery for treatments; we therefore advise that clients choose to leave jewellery at home.
Packages and prices can be changed by spa without prior notice.
Checking In/Out
All clients should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled service time to ensure full enjoyment of their complete treatment duration.
All massage includes five minutes before hands-on portion begins and five minutes after the hands-on portion is over, for consultation and dressing. For instance, a 1-hour session consist of a 50 minutes hands-on service and 10 minutes total time for consultation and dressing.
Clients who arrive late for their scheduled service will be deducted the total amount of their scheduled hands-on session.

Spa treatment Payment
Bilene Beach Spa accepts cash and Visa debit/credit card payments.
50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full payment in required 72 hours prior to your spa session.
Spa treatment cancelation
50% booking deposit is non-refundable.
We require 72hours notice of a cancelation, after which a 100% charge will be made.
You may cancel your booking by giving us a written notice via Email or Whatsapp. A reasonable cancelation charge will be levied as follows:
72 hours or less prior to the date of booking: 100% cancelation fee
71 hours or more prior to the date of booking: 50% cancelation fee
No refund will be payable for no show without stipulated notice.
Periodically, the spa may run special promotions that change the cancellation policy of appointments, in which case the cancellation policy referenced in that promotion will apply
Note that the lodge is a separate entity, you will be subject to the lodges’ Terms and Conditions for all reservations made to the lodge directly, or through the spa.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking with no refund when:
The client is abusive (physically or verbally), or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any illegal substance.
The client initiates any sort of sexual language, behavior or misconduct.
The client uses vulgar language
The client is less than 8 weeks out of surgery, therapists reserve the right to require a medical doctor’s issued medical note approving massage therapy.
The client is unable to get on and/or off the massage table.
The client shares any health or other information that the therapists deems unsafe for the client to receive spa services.
On their initial visit to BBS, all clients are required to fill out a Release of Liability form and will again be required to fill this out every year thereafter.
